Our Future Plans to Renovate the Timber Beams of Our Roof
The best home my husband and myself have ever owned is our present-day house, a two storey house. We determined to slowly move ourselves into house ownership by taking out a mortgage on a townhouse, as it presents ourselves a rest from the garden work that is normally called for when possessing a house. Our household is a bit diminutive, but it happens to be exactly a perfect fit for the two of us.
We have installed our house with items that are remarkable and essential to us, and the household is idyllic for our needs at this time. The more diminutive the household, the smaller the space there is to have to clean and maintain, and this is useful as we determine the ins and outs of being house owners.
There are also some things in the house that need replacing - the flooring in the kitchen for example. Likewise, there are timber beams in the roof that call for renovating.
However, the house is not a problem for both of us at present, and at a later date, it presents both of us the opportunity to perform some changes to the home to give it the perfect finish. We love the concept of being household owners, and we love our household.
