Study, Study, Study
The worst thing you can do before a standardized test is not
study. There aren’t many people who can just waltz into the
testing room and ace one without any test preparation. You have
to buckle down, take those practice tests, and most of all LEARN
from your mistakes on them!
Speaking of Practice Tests
Get some, and use them. These will probably be the most valuable
things you can get your hands on besides the test answers
themselves. (Not to mention practice tests aren’t illegal…
stealing the answers is) First, get yourself at least three
different copies of the practice tests, and for the first test,
take as long as you want, and work through each question. No
stress. Then for the second practice test, time yourself. Still
don’t worry about how long it takes you, but be aware of what
types of questions take you the longest. Next, time yourself
again, but don’t go very much over the time limit. Maybe 5
minutes max. Again, pay attention to what types of questions
you’re taking the most time on. Finally, on the last practice
test or two, time yourself and stick to it. Don’t go over the
time limit. While you’re taking the test, make sure you remember
which types of questions gave you trouble, and if you can’t
answer one of those right off the bat, move on then come back to
it if you have time. There is no use missing a couple of “easy”
questions because you spent too much time on one you couldn’t
figure out. You can always come back for a hard one, but you
can’t get the easy ones you didn’t answer back after the time
limit.
REMEMBER THIS!
Hopefully that headline will help you remember this during your
test preparation, as well as when you actually take the test.
ALWAYS read the directions - for every test, every section,
every question. If there are directions there, read them.
Period. If you don’t read the directions, you may answer
incorrectly or spend too much time trying to figure out a
question that you shouldn’t have had a hard time with if you had
read the directions. I cannot stress this enough - READ the
directions!
Be Well Rested
The worst thing you can do is pull an “all-nighter” the night
before a big test. It is almost guaranteed to ruin your test
preparation. Think about it - taking a test is stressful, and
your body can only take so much stress before you have to sleep
it off. If you don’t sleep (or don’t sleep much) the night
before a big standardized test, chances are the stress of the
test will take its toll on your body, and your brain will begin
to react more slowly. You will miss things you should have
otherwise noticed, miss questions you should have known, etc.
You can’t afford to do this on a standardized test.
Along that same note, show up to the test site early. That way,
if you forget something, you’ve got time to go get it. That will
help reduce your stress level, and thus, help increase your
score. Again, too much stress will ruin all of the test
preparation you’ve done.
Remember What You Learned From The Practice Tests
Remember when I said that you should pay attention to the types
of questions you stumble over during your test preparation?
Remember that when you’re taking the test. If you’re getting
stuck on a question, skip it and come back. Just like you did
during the practice tests. You’re better off trying to come back
if you have time left over than you are wasting time on a
question you might get wrong anyway. Go do the questions you can
answer quickly! And if you’ve got time left over after you’ve
answered all of the questions, go back and re-read them all and
make sure your answers are right. At this point, you can afford
to wrestle with an quetion that you stumbled over. However,
remember this - your first instinct is usually the best one.
Don’t talk yourself out of an answer you know is right.
Don’t Worry
Standardized tests aren’t the be-all end-all. There are plenty
of people out there who didn’t do well on standardized tests at
all, and they’re doing quite well for themselves. It’s not the
end of the world if you don’t get a good score, just do some
more test preparation and give it another try!

If you’re in the market for flowers, especially if you plan on purchasing a whole bunch, it will be important to find the cheapest flower shops in your area. So once you find a shop that features low prices, make sure the quality of flowers aren’t low either.
When browsing flower shops, you’ll want to find out which ones offer the finest and freshest flowers. Shops that are next-door to a garden are usually a good bet - as they grow their flowers on site! Not only are their flowers fresher, but they are also cheaper because there is no middleman for these shops.
Similarly, flower shops that sell roses or other types of flowers that are still planted can also boast low prices. Some shops order flowers from a big plantation and unless they buy an extremely large amount of them, there is overhead, and thus the price to the customer is higher. Not to mention, these flowers have a chance to age and wither during the road trip over to the store. Shop attendants who pick the flower and cut it right in front of your eyes, are really preferable, as you can be sure of the quality.
Delivery services often are free of charge and even so, the surprise your loved one will feel when they receive a flower arrangement at their door is priceless. Just make sure delivery is on time and there is a refund policy for flowers that arrive in poor condition. If you ask about what vehicle the shop employs and what the window of time is between the flower picking and the final delivery, this can help you better pick a delivery service.
The Internet provides you with a vast amount of resources as well. Search for a shop or specific type of flower that you are interested in; you’ll find that browsing for flowers online is a surprisingly easy task. But because there is no florist on hand to answer your questions or assure you of the quality of the store’s products, make sure to investigate things, like the refund policy, on your own.
And of course, it’s always nice to support your local florist - if you develop a relationship with the workers at your nearby shop, you may be able to snag some nifty discounts.

It is possible for women to steer clear of an unhappy
relationship. However, it will require taking an honest look at
themselves and their relationship mistakes.
After repeating the same relationship mistakes over and over
gain, women begin to realize something is not working. The easy
way out is to blame the men. However, if one looks deep enough
the only consistent variable in every relationship is the woman!
Women who feel they “love” a man will stay in an unhappy
relationship longer than they should. This often causes
psychological trauma that can take years to overcome!
This trauma also makes it difficult for the woman to accept, and
open up to, a decent man who is not responsible for the hurt and
pain caused by the previous relationship.
One of the keys for women to break free from an unhappy
relationship is to determine if their needs are being met!
Since many women are emotional creatures while in love, they
often become confused. Simple relationship mistakes such as
confusing a want with a need can result in women dating men who
are not compatible with them.
Every woman’s goal should be to identify those small
relationship mistakes that cause most, if not all, of their
problems. The results will lead to a happier life.
What also hurts women is their rush to get into a relationship
to avoid being alone. Many women have paid a heavy price by
moving too fast such as losing their life, contracting a
sexually transmitted disease or being abused to name a few.
Every unhappy relationship that ended has small nuggets of
wisdom women can learn from. Plus, each of those relationships
most likely ended for the same reason although it may not appear
that way!

Its really not that big of a stretch of the ole imagination to think that today’s gamblers are no different than gamblers of old, the only real difference is what gamblers of old wagered on and what gamblers of today wager on.
Today we gamble on a lot of the very same things that gamblers of yesterday wagered on, with regard to wagering on horse races, cards, dice, and even political elections to name a few, but gamblers today have the ability to wager on a much wider assortment of things including but not limited to church and fire hall bingo, slot machines, poker machines and even state sponsored lotteries, heck, today we even have a state who has an economy built around gambling halls or what we now refer to as casinos.
It’s kind of hard to believe that it was not all that long ago when a gambler interested in wagering on a sporting event was more or less forced to run his/her wager thru a local bookmaker and thus had to take the line given if he or she wanted to place a wager, unless of course the same gambler had access to other “outs”, meaning that this same gambler had an out of town connection that he used in order to allow himself or herself to gain an edge with respect to the posted spread or money line placed on an event.
In days gone by before the invention of the personal computer, a smart gambler with the right connections could find more than his fair share of “Middle’s”, meaning that if for example NFL team Blue were at home against NFL team Red, it was not that unusual to find the hometown Blue team bet up with the local books because of hometown sentiment while the line placed on the visiting Red team in their hometown would hold steady or be bet down.
Thus, a savvy guy or gal with the right connections in both the Blue city as well as in the Red city might just find a 2 or a 2 1/2 point and sometimes even a 3 point difference in the local line from town to town if he or she looked hard enough and did not hesitate on making a wager upon finding the difference in posted lines city to city.
As an example, lets say that the home Blue team was favored to win by 5.5 points on the opening line but by game time the home town Blue backers had bet the line up to -7 points, meanwhile, the visiting Red team’s fans back home bet the line down to +4.5 by game time.
Thus the line at game time in Blue town is +/- 7 while the line in Red town is +/- 4.5, this creates what is known as a “Middle” meaning that a 2.5 point difference now exists between these teams, the worst that can happen is that one wager will lose and one wager will win which means that all that one would lose is the “juice” associated with the wager, meanwhile, the best that can happen is that the actual score falls somewhere in the middle which allows the gambler to collect on both ends.
Today however, sports wagering is getting bigger and bigger thanks to the availability of the home computer, cable TV, sports talk radio, and of course the influx of so many off shore sports books, thus the days of finding a good many “middles” are gone although an astute gambler can still catch a middle opportunity now and then if he or she keeps their eyes open.
The lines placed on sporting events today are a lot sharper then in days gone by, but it all evens out in the end because the odds maker is now not the only one privy to the multitude of information available surrounding any given sporting event, this is of course due to the large number of gamblers today owning a home P.C. which allows the savvy gambler to not only gain valuable handicapping information via the internet, but to also “line shop”.
So, the real question my friend is “Why should today’s savvy gambler wager on sports instead of wagering on other games of chance”?
Quite simply because a gambler has a much better chance of winning on a consistent basis when gambling on sporting events than he or she has when playing any casino game, slot or poker machine, the state lottery or for that matter any other game of chance, except for maybe poker or blackjack, but regardless of whether you gamble on poker, blackjack or sports, the savvy gambler must have a firm understanding of the game itself and must do his or her homework.
When it comes to wagering on major sports such as football, baseball, basketball and hockey, usually a spread or money line is placed on the game by the lines maker and then this established spread or money line is wagered on by the gambler, however, most novices as well as a lot of supposed experienced gamblers make the mistake of believing that the spread or money line placed on a sporting event is a true indicator of one teams strength and ability versus the opposing teams strength and ability.
The truth of the matter is that the spread or money line placed on a game is meant to garner equal action by the gambler on both teams involved, the winner wins his wager while the loser pays the “juice” associated with the particular wager that he or she placed, thus creating the commission that the middleman or bookmaker/sports book makes for handling the transaction between winning and losing gamblers.
The serious gambler understands that it is not the bookmaker or sports book who is his or her enemy, the true enemy is actually the “Joe public” bettor that places uninformed, opinionated wagers which of course causes what is referred to as line movement.
Line movement is simply the difference +/- in what the opening spread or money line was on a particular event versus what the closing numbers were on the same event, it must of course be understood that many factors can and will influence the opening and closing numbers on an event, including but not limited to weather and injury concerns, but always remember that it is the very same “Joe public” bettor that still influences the established line when they hear of possible weather or injury concerns amongst other things and thus often creates an over reaction with regard to line movement.
Its all about odds and percentages when it comes to gambling my friend, and that is what truly sets apart sports wagering versus other forms of gambling, take a moment and think about it, if you wager on a football game for example and the posted line is -3 or -5 or minus whatever, it is still a 50% proposition on a straight wager that you are either right or you are wrong which makes the odds essentially the same as a coin toss.
Of course you must take into consideration that you pay more when you lose, thus on a straight wager you pay 11 to 10 odds or 110 to 100 dollars wagered, thus the real “Break even” point or winning percentage that you must achieve on straight wagers is actually 52.38% in order to avoid a monetary loss.
Keeping in mind that 52.38% is the break even point with regard to straight wagers, a gambler needs to realize that anything above this percentage is money made, most honest, professional handicappers achieve winning percentages of 57% to 60% over the course of an entire season, often the more experienced handicapper can achieve winning rates of 60% to 65% if the ball bounces right for him or her here and there over the course of the season.
I pointed out the above with regard to what the “Break even” percentage is versus how honest professionals fare over the course of an entire season for a reason, did you ever notice those ads placed in Fridays edition of the USA Today newspaper by scamdicappers claiming winning percentages of 80% or 85% or 90%?
Ever see those claims of “Can’t lose”, or “Sure lock winner”, or “Game of the year”? Heck, if you get up early enough on Saturday or Sunday morning you can even catch a scamdicapper show or two on TV with some of the very same individuals whose ads were in the previous Fridays USA Today newspaper.
Ads such as the ones described above are designed to sucker in the poor souls who in all likelihood have dug holes for themselves and are panicking, in a lot of cases these panicked losers will do or pay anything for a “Can’t lose”, or “Sure lock winner”, or “Game of the year”, I would even venture a guess that this sort of desperate gambler knows in their heart that those claims of 80% or 85% or 90% winners are bogus.
So how did this desperate gambler get into his or her situation to begin with? It happens season in and season out because of a failure to start with a dedicated starting bankroll that is used solely for sports wagering which negates the need to use monies ear marked for the mortgage or car payment.
A dedicated starting bankroll and a firm understanding of money management is a must if anyone wants to survive the peaks and valleys and ups and downs of the season long marathon that is involved with sports wagering.
I will get into the different aspects surrounding money management and other topics in another article, but for now remember the key points brought out in this article, the importance of doing your homework, understanding that the line or odds placed on a contest is meant to garner “equal action” which means that Joe Public is the reason for line movement which of course amplifies the importance of shopping for the best available line thru multiple “outs” while keeping an eye open for middling possibilities.

“Those worms are good enough to catch the sunfish around the
edge, but you gotta use some liver and cast out to the middle to
catch the big cats.”
The ol’ fella was right - good advice for that place and time. I
caught more catfish that day than I had all summer.
Fishin’ and lead capture. They’re not so different.
Right bait… right place… BAM! You get a strike - someone
drops their contact info into your autoresponder form to get
some of that sweet smellin’ bait you’ve offered them.
Then you set the hook - and verify their subscription.
To protect yourself, your business and your subscribers, always
use a subscription verification to make sure they are actually
interested in reading your material.
Some will confirm. Some will not. But that doesn’t mean the trip
is over.
You keep on fishing.
…and eventually you get another strike.
Once you get the hook set (receive confirmation of a new
subscriber), it’s time to real in your fish - deliver your lead
to a sales page for your product or service.
You can’t just lift your rod, crank the reel like a lunatic to
drag the fish to the boat. You could easily break the line and
lose your new lead.
You have to use a little finesse.
Let him take some slack (give up some great, free information),
and allow just a little room to run.
Ease him in - guide him and reel up the slack as you go.
Show your lead - your new friend - that you can be trusted.
Don’t lose ground by sending junk in an effort to make money.
Closer and closer he gets until you have EARNED his trust - and
his business.
Then you hold him up by the ankles and pose for a picture. (just
kidding)
This is the first in a series of three articles devoted to the
exciting art of lead capture and list marketing.
In part two we will talk more about your bait, presentation and

On June 15th, 2004, FDA’s Medical Devices Panel recommended that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approve vagus nerve stimulation as a therapy for chronic or recurrent treatment-resistant depression. I was at the meeting, seated in the first row and made a presentation to the Panel.
Yet, one year later, we still do not have a final approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
What’s the delay? Senator Chuck Grassley, Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, unexpectedly decided to examine the FDA’s decision to allow this therapy to be used to treat depression. Vagus nerve stimulation therapy has been FDA approved for epilepsy for eight years. Although this is not a formal investigation, it is apparently an impediment to the immediate issuance of FDA’s final approval. I am not aware of the Senate Finance Committee’s scientific and medical credentials. However, I do have first-hand knowledge of certain FDA Medical Device Panel Members lack of familiarity with the FDA’s own regulations and guidelines.

Ironically, this one-year anniversary coincides with the issuance of a $20 million landmark study sponsored by the National Institute of Mental Health. This is the most comprehensive mental health study undertaken by the government. The study reported that 25% of Americans suffered a psychiatric disorder in the year prior to the survey, but most failed to get adequate care. Dr. Thomas Insel, Director of the National Institute of Mental Health commented that “mental disorders are highly prevalent and chronic.” As expected, researchers found that the most common disorder was depression. Depression typically started in early adulthood, 20’s and 30’s, and progressively got worse and more difficult to treat. If you suffer from chronic or treatment-resistant depression, you don’t need a $20 million research study to tell you that depression is difficult to treat.
Charles Donovan was a patient in the FDA investigational trial for vagus nerve stimulation and depression. He testified to the Panel at the Advisory Meeting on June 15th, 2004. After 25 years of chronic depression, vagus nerve stimulation completely cured his chronic depression. The author is most grateful and humbled by this remarkable device. The Botox toxin is not so toxic if you’re trying to take the crinkle out of your wrinkles. The clostridium botulinum bacteria produce Botox. Now you see why we call it Botox for short. The protein toxin is being used around the world to help produce a healthier, more youthful appearance.
It’s not surprising that we develop wrinkles, as we grow older. Every time we smile, frown, cry or laugh we make an imprint on our faces. If we’re lucky, it takes years before we can visibly see the imprint. If we’re not lucky, then the wrinkles are more obvious than we’d like. Whichever is the case, the wrinkles inevitably surfaces and when they do Botox is here to fight it.
Botox works hard to eliminate the wrinkles that occur when we use our face muscles too much. “I remember when I was growing up, my mother use to tell me not to frown. Never, ever did she tell me that I’d end up looking like this,” says 55-year-old Gladys Rhome. Rhome had botox injected into the laugh lines around her mouth. She is very happy with her first treatment of Botox. Now, six months later she is coming back for more. “It helped me to get rid of lines around my mouth. It’s time for me to get rid of the lines on my forehead as well, she laughs.
The FDA gave Botox the okay for use in April 2002. Since that time Botox has proven safe in getting rid of our most hated facial wrinkles. I’m talking about wrinkles like the laugh lines Gladys Rhome suffered from as well as frown lines and crows feet. Doctors have been using Botox for more than ten years and so far they’ve seen no serious side effects. “I had a little swelling after my first treatment,” says 42-year-old Sara McFarlane. She is a Botox pro. McFarlane has received three Botox injections in the last two years. She also plans on one day having a Botox party. Hosting a party is one of the ways some folks are spreading the good news about the wrinkle-crinkle Botox.
Whether you do it alone, or with a group of friends you would be surprised to see how relatively easy the procedure is. The Botox injection is placed directly into the face muscles that create wrinkles. “All I felt was a little pinch, then numbness. The numbness went away after a couple of days,” says McFarlane. She may have gotten use to the numbness, but it’s very hard to get use to not frowning.
Botox can prevent you from frowning and some people don’t like that. However, most people can live with the side effect. “At first it was pretty odd, but I grew to accept it,” says 44-year-old Rebecca Stanton. Stanton has used Botox on and off for the last three years. She’s used it so much that she can’t remember how many times she’s been injected.
Botox took away Stanton’s frown and it could take away yours as well. A tiny needle is used to place Botox in a muscle along the wrinkle line. A small amount of Botox basically renders the face muscles helpless. The amount is so small that you don’t have to worry about it spreading through your body. Your lines will diminish and in some areas disappear altogether.
You may experience a little localized pain, tenderness and bruising in the aftermath of the injection. Your muscles in the vicinity of the injection may also be a little weak. However some people see this as a minor annoyance. You can see the affects of the injection right away. “It was great! I got my injection on a Saturday. I went to work on Monday and everyone was talking about how well rested I looked. I didn’t tell them I got a Botox,” says 31-year-old Jessica Lake.
The treatment lasts approximately three months to six months. Most people will need another injection after that time. You can repeat the injection as long as you don’t have any serious side effects. The two good things about a Botox treatment are that it can be repeated as many times as you like. And, the treatment takes less than an hour. You can literally do it on a lunch break from work. In fact, doctors say the more treatments you have the longer the lasting effects seem to be.
Botox is used in extremely small amounts and does not spread throughout the body. An allergic reaction is not very common. However there is the possibility that you may have a problem with a droopy brow or eyelid. It is not a problem that will not correct itself over time. Botox can be used by almost anyone. However you should not use it if you’re are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a neurological disease.

Going to visit a new Mother and her tiny baby? As a Mom who has been there 4 times, I’ve had great and not-so-great experiences when friends came to visit postpartum. Make your visit a blessing instead of a drudgery with these tips.
1) Call beforehand and ask what you can bring her to eat
A new Mom, especially if she’s breastfeeding, is hungry! Don’t ask if she wants you to bring her anything. Most new Moms in our culture are unlikely to ask for help. Tell her that you ARE bringing her lunch and would she prefer Italian or Chinese? And make sure, if you’re preparing something, that it’s not loaded with empty carbs. New Moms have enough trouble going to the bathroom in those postpartum days! She needs good nutrition, not junk.
2) When you arrive, don’t smell like a bouquet on overdrive
Newborn babies have sensitive skin. Some of them break out when they are held by someone with a lot of synthetic perfume on. When you go visit a new baby, don’t smell like you’ve been attacked by Chanel No. 5. Skip the perfume. You’re not on a date, ok?
3) Wash your hands
New Moms are particular about their babies, and neither she nor her newborn needs your germs. Wash your hands first and then ask if you may hold the newborn. And for goodness sakes, leave a sneezing, snotty nosed child at home!
4) Don’t hog the baby
The new Mother’s job is to rest and bond with her baby. Don’t grab the baby and try to jolly her out of her cries when she obviously wants her Momma back. Hold the new baby briefly, perhaps while Mom uses the bathroom or cuddles her toddler, then give baby back. Now.
5) Do something useful
Ask Mom if you can watch her older child for a half hour so she can nap with the baby. Ask if you can load the dishwasher, or fold a load of laundry. Insist. Don’t say “Is there anything I can do?”. Say “What can I do?” At the very least, bring paper plates and disposable flatware. She may have forgotten to buy that, but it sure makes those postpartum days a little easier.
6) Keep your visit brief
Mom is tired, recuperating from childbirth and above all needs to rest and learn about her new baby. Counting fingers and toes, cooing, crying, breastfeeding and changing diapers takes all day! A new Mom doesn’t need to play hostess. Don’t stay more than about 15 minutes unless you’re her best friend or close relative, and even then, keep it very brief.
If you remember these tips, the new Mom will really appreciate you, and she’ll return the favor the next time you have a baby!
Carrie Lauth has a lot more to say about new babies at http://www.NaturalMomsTalkRadio.com, a free Internet talk radio show and podcast for the natural mom, available on demand, 24/7.

Amaretto flavored tea is great for experiencing the smooth almond taste connected with amaretto but without the effects of the alcohol. It has a velvety feel in the mouth and makes a great after dinner tea. This amber-red liqueur is enjoyable in all its many forms including tea drinks.
If you enjoy learning about the history of things, you might find one story of how amaretto came about a little interesting.
Amaretto means “a little bitter” in Italian. Now, would you believe the first bottle of amaretto made was because of a love affair? It’s certainly colorful and as rumors go, entertaining. The painter, Bernardino Luini, who created the Madonna fresco in the Santa Maria delle Grazie Church located in Saronno, Italy, received the handmade gift from the innkeeper. Not unusual, except that the innkeeper’s romantic interest, which inspired the creation of the liqueur, had grown while posing as a model for Bernardino.
You might also be interested to know that the almond flavor associated with amaretto comes from apricot stones, or pits. The original drink was probably made from grape brandy in which apricot stones were left to soak, or infuse. Accidents have been the catalyst for many of the beautiful and functional things we have today, but whether amaretto came about by accident, or intentional, we have no idea.
Amaretto flavored tea is made in different forms. You can, for instance, add the syrup directly to the teapot, for an ultra-fresh and delicious tea. You can also buy green and black teas with amaretto flavoring. This comes in handy if you sometimes like to disguise the grassy flavor of green tea. We like to mix things up sometimes so we frequently buy syrups to add flavors to our usual teas.
Being creative with your tea is a lot of fun and drinking amaretto flavored tea is a great new alternative to the usual tastes and flavors of traditional teas. Make sure to try this tea and remember that teas like this can be enjoyed year around, and any time of day.
The tea guide makes it easy to learn all about drinking teas and tisanes from all over the world. To view more articles pleas visit our flavored teas website.

Pavanmuktasana (Gas-releasing pose):
Lie flat on your back, hands by your side. Fold your legs back, placing your feet flat on the floor; make a fingerlock with your hands and place them a little below the knees. Bring your thighs up near your chest. Exhale and raise your head and shoulders and bring your nose between your knees. This is the final position. Maintain this pose for a few seconds
and repeat three to five times. Reverse the procedure to get back to the original position.
This asana strengthens the abdomineal muscles and internal abdominal organs like the
liver, spleen, pancreas, and stomach.
It helps release excessive gas from the abdomen and relieves flatulence. Persons
suffering from constipation should do this exercise in the morning after drinking lukewarm
water to help proper evacuation of the bowels.
Chakrasana (Lateral bending pose):
Stand straight with your feet and toes together and arms by your sides, palms facing and
touching the thighs. Raise one arm laterally above the head with the palm inwards up to
shoulder level and palm upwards when the arm rises above the level of your head. Then,
bend your trunk and head sideways with the raised arm touching the ear, and sliding the
palm of the other hand downwards towards the knee. Keep your knees and elbows
straight throughout. Maintain the final pose for a few seconds. Then gradually bring your
hand back to the normal position. Repeat the exercise on the other side.
This asana induces maximum stretching of the lateral muscles of the body, especially the
abdomen. It strengthens the knees, arms and shoulders and increases lung capacity.
Trikonasana (Triangle pose):
Stand erect, with your legs apart. Stretch your arms up to shoulder level. Bend your trunk
forwards and twist to the left, looking upwards and keeping your left arm raised at an
angle of 900. Place your right palm on your left foot without bending the knees. Maintain
